We sell on Amazon. Amazon takes the payment, ships the order and handles returns.

Returns

To return a part you bought on Amazon:

  1. Go to Your Orders on Amazon.
  2. Find the order and choose Return or replace items.
  3. Follow the steps Amazon gives you.

Amazon's return policy sets the return window and the refund. If you get stuck, contact us and we will help.

One year warranty

Washer pumps and sensors come with a one year warranty from the date you bought them.

The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, wrong installation or normal wear.

Bolts, clips, washers and grommets are not covered by the warranty. You can still return them through Amazon.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@meanmugauto.com.
  2. Add your Amazon order number and tell us what went wrong.
  3. We will reply with the next steps.

If the part is covered, we will replace it or refund it.
